This one-hour, high-energy class is built for all experience levels—whether you’re stepping in for the first time or leveling up your technique. You’ll get a full-body workout through pad work, heavy bag drills, strength training, and cardio—all with top tier coaches and equipment. Expect to sweat, learn real boxing skills, and train like a pro in a supportive, team-driven environment.
Boxing Strength & Conditioning (1hr)
This one-hour class is designed to build explosive power, athleticism, and real-world strength. Expect a full-body workout that combines functional movements, core-focused circuits, and dynamic conditioning drills—all tailored to enhance your performance in and out of the ring. Whether you're a boxer or just looking to train like one, this class will push your limits and leave you feeling stronger, faster, and more capable.
teen’s Boxing (1hr)
BWB’s Teen’s Boxing is all about building confidence, coordination, and focus—while having a blast! With a mix of fun drills, basic boxing technique, and high-energy games, your child will learn the fundamentals of the sport in a safe, supportive space. We use real boxing equipment, so they train like champs from day one. No experience needed—just energy and enthusiasm!
