Upcoming Champs: teen’s Boxing
BWB’s Upcoming Champs class is all about building confidence, coordination, and focus—while having a blast! With a mix of fun drills, basic boxing technique, and high-energy games, your child will learn the fundamentals of the sport in a safe, supportive space. We use real boxing equipment, so they train like champs from day one. No experience needed—just energy and enthusiasm!
Women’s Boxing (1hr)
A supportive, empowering space where women come to train hard, build strength, and learn real boxing skills. This one-hour class blends technique, bag work, strength training, and cardio—no experience needed.
